John B. Freeborn
(“Jack”) moved to Florida in the mid-‘50s from Chicago
and attended Stetson College of Law, graduating in 1957. Jack served
as a Vice President and Trust Officer of the First National Bank of
Dunedin before entering private practice with Fred Peebles, Gregory
Gracy, John Frazer and John Robertson. In 1976, he established Freeborn,
Jennings, & Mackenzie, P.A.
John practiced
in the Trust and Estates Department of a New York City law firm and
returned to Pinellas County in 1992 to join his father’s practice.
Alison began practicing law in 1990 in the litigation department of
a large Chicago law firm and joined Freeborn & Jennings in 1994.
In 1995, the Freeborn’s established Freeborn & Freeborn,
P.A.
The firm practices
in the areas of Estate Planning and Settlement, Wills, Probate,
Living Trusts and Trust Administration, Powers of Attorney, Living
Wills and Advance Medical Directives, Guardianships, Taxation, Real
Estate, Title Examination, and Closings, Mortgage Law, Elder Law and
Corporations.
